Meet the Collective

At Bueno Para Todos we use a horizontal leadership model to organize programming and manage the day-to-day activities of running a collective. If you have any question on how we organize our collective please send us an email!

Board of Directors

While we operate as a collective, we are in the process of obtaining 501c3 status, meaning we must have a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors acts as an accountability mechanism, conducts financial checks and balances, and is the legal entity for Bueno Para Todos. Organizers and Vision Keepers have close relationships with the Board of Directors, but the Board is not involved in the day-to-day operations and decision-making at the Farm.
